During my years of seminar-style discussion for class, I became exceedingly cognizant of the familiar dynamics of conversation. It is hard to survey the discussion in its entirety as it is essentially entirely audial and thus its totality of moments are not available for observation simultaneously.
I began theorizing about a Dialectical Medium that would make an entire conversation surveyable. I want to allow the equal exploration of multiple paths of thought rather than a single chain of responses imposed by the bandwidth of speech or structural aspects of previous written mediums. This tool I refer to as the Dialectical Medium. The following are my ongoing explorations of its qualities.
